Wacom Drawing Tablet

SO about a month ago I purchased a Wacom Bamboo tablet to help me out with all the graphic things I’ve been doing lately. I wasn’t sure How well it would work out but for $70, I said “what the hey”.

Now I have to controle myself or ill waste hours of time drawing silly cartoons that I don’t even save! It is a lot of fun, and it definately makes drawing on a computer more natural and efficient. However, there is a learning curve…. For about 3 days my drawings looked like  5 years old had drawn them, after a week I was pretty fluent… Now IM A PRO XD… haha just kidding.

Seriously though, now that I’m used to it, I think my cartoons are actually better then when I just did it with the old ‘Keyboard and mouse.  Anyways, heres a short video I made for you all =).

If your interested in buying one of these, you can support this website at the same time! And it doesn’t cost you ANYTHING =D. Just use this affiliate link below and i will receive a commission from your purchase. If you decide to use this link, I really really appreciate it 😉

I just bought one yesterday, but I got the Bamboo CTH-470 which works as a humungous touchpad with multitouch as well as a 1kib pressure level pen tablet.

It’s taken me 18 years to buy one since I went to film school back in “the day” and they were hundreds each. What an idiot. I can’t believe I waited that long.

Thats awesome! Ya, I wish I would of got one a long time ago as well. Maybe now I would be upgrading to something like yours! I’d love to see some of your art posted on the forums here if you got the time.
